WATER HEATER REPAIR
If you ran out of hot water and the unit is not leaking, your water heater might be repairable. Almost all tank type water heaters use thermocouples. Over time the end of the tip deteriorates and the thermocouple fails, which results in no hot water. Not that often, but a gas control could also go bad. In this case, you don’t yet need a new water heater. This condition is repairable. Power Vent type water heaters are more complicated and may require a different approach. Leaking water connector or flex is also a repairable condition. We repair GE, Rheem, Bradford White, AO Smith, Kenmore, Whirlpool and State water heaters. Some newer models excluded. TANK WATER HEATER INSTALLATION
Whether your water heater is leaking or not functioning and you need immediate replacement or your water heater is still fine but too old and you wish to be pro-active and preventatively replace it to avoid the water leak disaster it can cause if it suddenly leaks- we are here to help. We offer same day water heater installation of gas and electric tank water heaters. We recommend the contractor grade Rheem and Bradford White water heaters, as they are proven to be the best in the industry. We also offer a guarantee for the products we install and the labor. Standard tank warranty is 6 years. 10-year warranty extension kit is also available. The Contractor Grade Rheem 10-year warranty also comes with a 2nd anode rod which doubles the life of the tank.
TANKLESS WATER HEATER INSTALLATION
Whether you are replacing an existing tankless water heater or like to upgrade your tank type water heater to a tankless- we are here to help. Tankless water heaters supply endless hot water and have up to 5 times smaller footprint, so you can save space and enjoy endless hot showers. There is an available circulation pump option that also allows for instant hot water delivery throughout your home. We are an authorized reseller and installer for the brand names Rinnai, Navien, Rheem, Noritz, and Takagi. We are experienced and tankless water heaters are a daily routine for us. Tank to tankless water heater upgrade takes 6 to 8 hours. We offer same or next day service for tankless water heater installation in an effort to avoid you staying without hot water. We guarantee the work and the labor.
